Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Times for Jewelry: Please allow up to one to three weeks for your order to ship! Processing and shipping varies depending on how many orders I receive, but my usual shipping times is within that range of the order being placed. Thank you for supporting my small business!

Shipping Times for Scrunchies: All scrunchies are made to order. Please allow an additional one to two weeks extra for processing time for your order to ship since they are all handmade by me. Thank you for supporting my small business!

All orders come with tracking that will be provided to you once it has shipped. 

Pre-order merch and apparel will take 21-30 days for your order to be processed. These take a little longer because it is the time between the materials arriving to me, time for me to make the shirts, and then processing for shipping. I am one girl handling everything in house from making my merch with my own two hands so I thank you for your patience with these. 

All shipping feels include handling feels to make sure your handmade items get to you safely! 

Returns / Exchanges

All item sales are FINAL sale. However if your order arrives damage please contact me so we can work things out in the best way I can. Please note once orders are shipped I have no control over damages, items getting lost, or delayed but I will work my best way I can to either replace the item or refund you. All orders are insured and include tracking sent to your email provided.
