I haven’t received my confirmation email with tracking yet. When will my order ship?

Please allow up to two to three weeks for your order to ship! Processing and shipping varies from 1-3 weeks depending on how many orders I receive, but my usual shipping times is within that range of the order being placed. Thank you for supporting my small business! All orders come with tracking that will be provided to you once it has shipped.

Please do not try to contact me through social media for order questions! It gets very hard to find people’s notifications and it is easier for both of us if you email me directly. 


How long does shipping take? 

Orders get dropped off to the post office next day after you receive your tracking. Most orders take 3-5 business days (if you are from the United States) to arrive to you once your package has left for transit. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive since there are slight delays at times with the post office due to the pandemic. 

Do you restock styles that you have made in the past or have sold out? 
Yes! But only if it is requested or if I still have supplies to remake the piece. You can always email me if you have an inquiry for a restock on any pieces! 

Do you repair jewelry pieces purchased from your shop? 
If a jewelry piece purchased from my shop directly gets damaged through the mail or through progressive wear over time, please email me to make an inquiry about jewelry repairs. Depending on the parts and the damage the cost for repair is most of the time free unless it requires ordering new parts for your piece.
